Hey folks!
I'm back with another LootAnime x Crunchyroll crate unboxing! This time, the theme is [DEMI-HUMAN] - just in time for the Halloween festivities!
And as a note before I start, thanks again to Lootcrate for generously sending me this box for review! If you'd like to jump in on the crate craze - and not only anime crates, but any of the other ones they have available, use my link to get there and enter code: NEMUNEMU for $3 off your next order, be it one crate or a whole subscription!
Now onto the review!
The DEMI-HUMAN crate
The [DEMI-HUMAN] lootcrate seems more than appropriate for the ghoulish month of October with all its offerings! Admittedly, the box is smaller this month size-wise, but the offerings are pretty amazing -- not to mention the box design is one of my favorites so far--
A cityscape diorama!
When it opens up, it creates a perfect night scene diorama! If you have smaller action figures, you can probably make a whole scene come to life. :D
Here's a look at what's inside this month's box:

1. One Punch Man Manga volume 1 - Variant Cover

One the smash hits this year, One Punch Man is a series that simply must be enjoyed by everyone. It's got super heroes, super villains, super art and some of the best humor writing I've come across in manga in a long long time. This is also one of those series that simply crosses over the "Japan manga" boundries and straight into pop culture.

The special cover features Saitama getting noshed by Godzilla himself with Mosquito Girl on the back.
2. Tokyo Ghoul Standee Keychain Set

This was a neat and unusual offering in this month's box! Large clear acrylic keychains/stands are one of the big fan items these past couple years. I always wondered how people wore these things on their bags as they're really quite large at roughly 10cm in height. (Others I've seen for series like Love Live and Idolm@ster are even taller!)
This Tokyo Ghoul set comes with Ken Kaneki and Touka Kirishima their ghoul forms. They can be stood up as a stand, or connected to a key ring.
3. Twin Star Exorcists Shirt

Another series I just started watching to tide me over as the Autumn anime season starts! Twin Star Exorcists is about a mismatched pair of onmyouji, Rokuro and Benio, who are destined to marry and give birth to the ultimate exorcist. Unfortunately for them, they have a bone to pick with the other.
It's a cute series, full of humor and drama, ideal for a middle-school crowd and up!
4. Bleach Watch

One of the more impressive offerings is this officially licensed Bleach watch - a collaboration between Infinifan and Lootcrate.

The watch fixtures seem to be made of a light metal - probably an aluminum blend and colored black. The band is a tough, stiff canvas type material. The face is surrounded by a chain motif and one of the watch hand is Ichigo's Zangetsu sword.
5. DEMI-HUMAN Phone Charm

My favorite part of each box - the phone charm! This time, it's a riff on Ichigo's cracked mask, Benio's kitsune/fox mask that she uses when fighting kegare, and what seems a litle reminiscent of Kaneki's tentacle-like kagune.
6. Poster by Corey Loving

A fantastic action sequence by Corey Loving. It's totally appropriate for the former Elder Scrolls artist to create a scene with LootAnime heroine, Yume battling and eventually dominating a dragon!
And there you have it! The [DEMI-HUMAN] crate! What we're sort of lacking in quantity this month, is definitely made back in quality.
If you're looking forward to the next crate, here's what LootAnime has in store for you:
